The Nebraska State Fair Campgrounds operates from Tuesday, August 1^st, 2023 – Saturday, September 30^th, 2023. The campground was constructed in 2010 and has 228 sites (129 on concrete pads – water/sewer/electrical, 2 on concrete pads – water/electricity only, 97 on grass pad – water/sewer.

GENERAL

• Specific site locations cannot be guaranteed and are finalized upon arrival; campers will be located at the discretion of the Campground Hosts.
• Check-In: 12:00 P.M. (Noon); Check-Out: 10 A.M.; Quiet Hours: 10:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M.
• One vehicle per site (vehicle must park on the door side of the camper).
• Guests must Check-In at the Campground Office upon arrival.
• Exceeding Check-Out times without notifying the Campground Office in advance may result in additional fees.
• Speed Limit: 10 MPH
• Balance is due at the time of reservation; fees are applied to late payments.
• Gate admission is not included in camping fees.
• Please place garbage and recycling in appropriate dumpsters.
• Any cancellations prior to 30 days before the Stock Show start date must provide written notice to receive a full refund.No refunds will be issued after 30 days prior to the Stock Show start date.

• No sales of products or services are allowed in the Campground or Parking Lots. Anyone wishing to sell a product or service must do so from a location assigned by and contracted with the Aksarben Stock Show.

PROHIBITED AT CAMPGROUND

• Fires and Fireworks are not permitted on the grounds.
• Smoking in the Campground Office is not allowed.
• Parking in vacant campsites
• Trailer/Car washing, or mechanical work is prohibited unless approved by Camp Hosts.
• Sites are required to be neat, clean, and free of debris always.

FEES

• Forms of acceptable payment: Cash, Check, or Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard).
• Daily camping rates are $40+ taxes for full hook-ups (Water, Sewer, Electricity), and $28+ taxes for partial hook-ups (Water, Sewer), and $20+ taxes for tent camping.
• Late Check-Out $20.00 (Check-Out: 10 A.M) if OK’d by Camp Hosts.
• Extra vehicles $5.00/per pass (Limit 2).

PERMITTED AT CAMPGROUND

• Pets are allowed only in the immediate vicinity of your camper and must be on a leash. No dogs, cats, or other pets, apart from registered Service Animals, shall be permitted on the Fairgrounds property (inside the fence). Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals and placing the waste in a trash receptacle.

• Generators are allowed.
